Just For Fun!

Hey musical slueths out there! So, my power went out for a little while, and I was bored... so I pulled out some manuscript paper and composed a little piece of music with a puzzle hidden in it. Can you find the hidden name of an important person in my life? It's titled, "C.P.L." Sorry for the messy handwriting, it was hard to see! XDXD

EDIT: The power came back on, so I wrote it out a little nicer. :)
